1974 Detail Wallaby detachment to the Philippines

I used 11 photos to piece together this view. You can see the runway off in the distance, Subic Bay, and a bunch of planes that flew in from a carrier the day before.

When the Runway Support Building project was winding down some of us were transferred to the USMC Helicopter Hangar site. Here's a page of pics I took over a couple days at the water cooler.

My first crew in the PI. Picture of the crew (and me) from the cruisebook. This support building was finished during our deployment. When the work was winding down, I was switched to work on the USMC Helicopter Hangar project.

Trips to Baguio

During this deployment  some of us Charlie Company BU's took a couple trips to Baguio - the summer capitol of the Philippines. Here are a few photos from the trips.
